Shipping
Free shipping across India on every order — no minimum. We ship via tracked courier within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. Payments only — no cash on delivery. Razorpay, UPI, cards, net banking.
Returns & size exchanges
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. 10 days from delivery to start a return or size swap. Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with the tag still attached.
Size exchanges — free
Free reverse pickup and return shipping on every size exchange. Just email hello@wearcooked.com or WhatsApp +91 80766 78979 with your order number and the size you need. We'll schedule pickup within 2 business days.
Refunds
You cover the return shipping. We'll either arrange a paid pickup (~₹80–150 depending on pincode) and deduct it from the refund, or you can ship to us yourself. Once the item reaches us and clears inspection, the refund hits your original payment method within 5 working days — automatic for UPI and card payments.
What we won't accept
- Worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Items returned without the tag attached.
- Items returned after the 10-day window.
Drop returns
Full returns are open on every drop, including pieces that sell out. If your size is no longer available for an exchange, we'll refund you. No restocks — but the drop window stays open for size swaps.
Damaged or wrong item
Email hello@wearcooked.com or WhatsApp +91 80766 78979 within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it free or refund — your call.
