Refund policy

We want you in something that fits. Here's how returns work at Cooked — short, honest, no script.

The basics

  • 10 days from delivery to start a return or size swap.
  • Free return shipping on every size exchange — always, every time.
  • Refunds: you cover return shipping. We'll either deduct it from the refund or you can arrange your own courier.
  • Refunds hit your account within 5 working days of pickup — automatic for UPI and card payments.
  • Tag must still be attached. We may reject returns that show clear signs of use, washing, damage, or misuse.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@wearcooked.com or WhatsApp +91 80766 78979 within 10 days of delivery with your order number and what's up.
  2. For size exchanges: we schedule a free reverse pickup within 2 business days.
  3. For refunds: ship to us yourself, or we'll arrange a paid pickup (~₹80–150 depending on pincode) and deduct it from the refund.
  4. Once it reaches us and we've checked it, your refund or exchange is processed within 5 working days.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

Email hello@wearcooked.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We replace it on us. No return shipping, no questions, no paperwork battle.

Drop returns

Every piece is fully returnable, including limited drops. If you ordered something and it isn't right, we'll refund or swap regardless of whether the drop is sold out. We'd rather take the hit on inventory than lose your trust.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email hello@wearcooked.com with your order number. Once it's shipped, follow the return process above.

Non-returnable

  • Items returned beyond the 10-day window.
  • Items with clear signs of use, wear, washing, or damage from misuse.
  • Items returned without the original tag attached.
  • Sale or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
