Welcome to Cooked. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Cooked. Cooked operates wearcooked.com and all related content, features, and services (the "Services") to provide you a curated shopping experience. Cooked is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device and display variations. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of products will be exactly as depicted.

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse service to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Cooked reserves the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive your payment. If we cannot accept or change an order, we will notify you via the email or phone provided.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy. Purchases must be for personal use, not commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Site are all-inclusive in Indian Rupees (₹) for Indian orders. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect when your order is placed.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied in the destination country. We do not collect these charges at checkout.

You represent that any payment information you provide is true, correct, and authorized for use. You agree to pay all charges, including shipping if applicable.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship via tracked courier within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we hand the package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, brand assets, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and design on the Services are owned by Cooked or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use only. "Cooked" and the Cooked logo are trademarks of Cooked. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Shopify's marks belong to Shopify.

SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party tools or websites (e.g. payment providers, shipping platforms, social media). We provide these "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Cooked is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases on the Site are made directly with Cooked. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Cooked, including any loss or damage from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Cooked.

SECTION 9 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read and understood it. The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access and use to provide and improve the Services.

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, reviews, or proposals to us, you grant Cooked a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that feedback for any purpose, including commercial use. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if information is inaccurate, even after you have submitted your order. We will notify you if this happens.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
